Block bookings

A lot of what our bodies are managing has been with us for much longer than we often realise. 

 

To address chronic conditions or give yourself the gift of regular bodywork Block bookings of either 3 treatments can be purchased with a 5% discount.  

 

To make a Block booking please create an Account login then either schedule/book all sessions at the time of booking, adding each date/time to the cart in turn, or simply book your first session then log in to your account again when you are ready to book subsequent treatments.

Gift vouchers can't be used towards Block Bookings. Please email me if you'd like to purchase a Block Booking as a gift.

FAQ

​Each treatment includes time for a brief pre and post-massage consultation  - i.e. does not necessarily reflect time spent on the massage table. 

​

Please avoid moisturising prior to your treatment to allow me to treat your myofascia and soft tissue at a deeper level, without gliding over muscles. 

 

Please avoid eating within an hour or two of your appointment to prevent discomfort.  It's also a good idea to avoid a strong caffeine hit prior to treatment to allow you to land fully in your body whilst receiving massage. ​

Please arrive neither early nor late, simply on time.   Whilst I try to be as accommodating as possible, your appointment will end at the scheduled time if you arrive late as I usually have an appointment immediately after yours. ​

Please message or WhatsApp if you've been held up if possible, so that I don't worry about you!  Thank you.

I work from my home treatment room on St John's Street, off East Street, Chichester, PO19 1UU.  My full address will be emailed to you on booking.  Nearest car park is East Pallant council car park (2 min walk), or Cattlemarket car park (3 min walk). 

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a treatment in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable as this does not allow sufficient time to re-book the appointment slot.

If you choose to cancel your Block Booking before completing all the treatments, please contact me. You will be charged the standard rate for each massage attended, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
