I am not currently accepting new massage bookings while I allow my body a period of rest and recuperation.
Please email hello@emmawebley.co.uk if you have a Gift voucher or Block booking - to arrange your treatment with me directly.
Whilst massage is on hold, I continue to offer Reiki treatments and would love to support you with this deeply restorative practice.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is often described as “energy healing,” but really it's less about doing or fixing, and more about allowing. It is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) practice that supports the body’s natural ability to rebalance and restore.
Rather than channelling energy from outside of ourselves, Reiki invites us to soften inward and reconnect with our own innate sense of calm and wholeness. Through deep relaxation and mindful presence, the nervous system is supported to settle, creating space for awareness.
Put simply, Reiki is a practice of mindfulness. It helps us reconnect with who we already are - beneath the conditioning, the stress and the emotional strain we can often struggle with.
What to expect?
A Reiki treatment is a deeply restful and nurturing experience. You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage bed, as gentle touch or hands placed just above the body support your natural healing process.
Through stillness and mindful presence, Reiki creates a space where buried emotions, unconscious patterns and unresolved tensions can gently surface and release. Awareness is the first step in healing, and Reiki offers this awareness with compassion and ease.
Clients often describe feeling deeply grounded, connected and enriched after a treatment, with a sense of calm that extends beyond the session. Many experience relief from stress, emotional heaviness and mental overactivity, alongside a feeling of clarity and inner peace.
Each session is unique, meeting you exactly where you are and reminding you of your innate freedom, balance and inner light.

FAQ
Each treatment includes time for a brief pre and post-massage consultation - i.e. does not necessarily reflect time spent on the massage table.
Please avoid moisturising prior to your treatment to allow me to treat your myofascia and soft tissue at a deeper level, without gliding over muscles.
Please avoid eating within an hour or two of your appointment to prevent discomfort. It's also a good idea to avoid a strong caffeine hit prior to treatment to allow you to land fully in your body whilst receiving massage.
Please arrive neither early nor late, simply on time. Whilst I try to be as accommodating as possible, your appointment will end at the scheduled time if you arrive late as I usually have an appointment immediately after yours.
Please message or WhatsApp if you've been held up if possible, so that I don't worry about you! Thank you.
I work from my home treatment room on St John's Street, off East Street, Chichester, PO19 1UU. My full address will be emailed to you on booking. Nearest car park is East Pallant council car park (2 min walk), or Cattlemarket car park (3 min walk).
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a treatment in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable as this does not allow sufficient time to re-book the appointment slot.
